Gael Naomh Padraig Win U13 Crown

Gael Naomh Padraig won the grade three U13 league title when they beat Beragh at Tattyreagh on Saturday afternoon. The winners led 1-6 to 1-3 at halftime with Rory McElroy getting their goal and Ryan McCaughey and Conor Shields getting a couple of points each, Cathair Donnelly with the Red Knights’ goal. Turlough Clarke and Sean Kerr scored goals for Beragh in the second half with Martin Askin finding the net twice for the Clogher/Augher combination with his second strike coming deep in injury time as they won 3-10 to 3-3.
