Kildress will play neighbours Rock in the LCC Junior championship final after the Wolfe Tones overcame a battling Killeeshil side at Garvaghey on Sunday evening. Mattie McGuigan weighed in with 0-5 for the winners with all but one of those coming from play while Caolan Mc Namee and the vastly experienced Des Tracey got their goals. Pauric Lagan and Stephen Loughran contributed a brace each with Eoin Brannigan, Philip Lennon and Adam Connolly also on target as it finished 2-13 to 1-13. Pascal Donaghy was outstanding for Killeeshil finishing with a hugely impressive 1-8 to his name, 1-6 from play, with Tomas Hoy getting a couple and Ciaran O’Neill, Packie McMullan and Michael O’Neill their other marksmen.
