In grade one there were wins for Cookstown, Galbally and Donaghmore. The Father Rocks hosted Cappagh at Paddy Cullen Park and they emerged 5-6 to 4-5 winners. The home side produced an impressive final quarter to come from six points down to gain victory. The winners had five different goal scorers namely Matthew Ward, James Corrigan, Conor Fitzpatrick, Harry Eastwood and Conall Hampsey while Jake Mulligan, Ward, Corrigan and Fitzpatrick all weighed in with points.

Galbally made home advantage count at Pearse Park against Ardboe with goals proving to be the difference at the final whistle. Jayden Dorman, Finbar Quinn and Neil McElroy all found the net for the Pearses with good performances coming from the likes of Lorcan Quinn, Shea Cassidy, Ronan Ferguson and James Hurson. Caidan Hancock, Odhran Coleman and Ciaran McKeown were among the scorers for the Rossas with Jack Muldoon and Jack McGuigan both playing well.

Goals were also decisive at Father Devlin Park as Donaghmore accounted for visiting Loughmacrory. Matthew Hetherington bagged a hat trick with Padraig McAshea getting a brace and Marty Ogle also finding the net on a day when the St.Patricks had good displays also from Ryan Hughes in defence and Tiernan Burns up front.

In grade two Clonoe game from behind at halftime in O’Rahilly Park to overcome Dromore on a 4-11 to 3-8 scoreline. Eoin Ferguson top scored for the winners with an impressive 1-8 to his name with Kylan Preece (2) and Conor Magee getting their other goals and Senan Clements, Jamie Coney and Conor Coney all playing well for the winners as well.

Dungannon left themselves with too much to do in the second half at home to Drumragh. Conor Fyffe, James and Matt Gallagher won plenty of ball to set up their inside men Ollie Hagan and Lorcan Starrs who scored 5-3 between them. Dungannon found it difficult to break out and had few opportunities to register any scores during a one sided first half. The Clarkes found their rhythm in the second half and settled into the game with excellent performances from Cahir Coulter, Daithi McGrath and Cormac Doran. Goals from Ellis McCullough and Daire Doran helped reduce the deficit further but Drumragh had done enough to take both points.

Coalisland and Kildress shared a dozen goals at Father Campbell Park with the visitors doing enough to take the spoils. The Fianna were slow to settle but then found their feet with scores from Dylan Devlin and Tommy O’Neill. In the second half the home side were more competitive with Devlin bagging a couple of goals and Simon Vallely having an amazing debut in defence. The main scorers for the Wolfe Tones were Rory Grimes, Ruairi Mugrew and Sean McNally with good displays coming from Kevin Heagney, Jack Quinn and Jason Carlin.

In grade three Moortown scored 3-5 on their travels at Eskra but still finished up with nothing to show for their efforts. Cormac Conlon top scored for the St.Malachys with 2-2 to his name with Thomas McVey getting their other major and Cormac Gilligan and Oisin McVey registering a point apiece.

Pomeroy and Edendork were involved in a high scoring thriller at Plunkett Park with the hosts coming out on top 9-16 to 6-12. The hosts dominated the opening period with Paudi Murphy, Mickey Nugent, Ryan McWilliams and Jake O’Kane all among their scorers as they bagged six goals. To their credit Edendork reduced the deficit to two points at one stage in the second half but with Pearse Barrett, Paudi McGoldrick and Darragh Rafferty to the fore the Plunketts pushed on with a brilliant goal late on from Conan Woods sealing victory. Finn O’Connor got a brace of goals for Edendork with Gareth Sherry, Aidan McCullagh, Tom McGuckin and Charlie Coney also getting three pointers on a day when O’Connor, Sherry and Darragh McGeary all played well for the St.Malachys.

Moy were another side who enjoyed home comforts as they proved too strong for Naomh Brid. After a slow start the home side found their groove at the end of the opening quarter. A penalty that Charlie Conroy dispatched confidently to the net was then followed up with another close range major from the same player. Good work in midfield from Conor Kerr and Conor Garry let Jack Harvey tag on another point before Conroy added 3 more to his total. At the back Daithi Devlin, his brother Donal and Peter Toner limited Naomh Brid to just 5 scores. Naomh Brid closed the gap on the restart with a penalty of their own and another goal shortly after and indeed it might have been closer had Moy keeper Eunan Lavery not made a string of good saves. Captain Kerr steadied the Moy ship with a well taken long range point and Finn O’Neill started to get the upper hand in the middle of the park coupled with young Devlin who cut out numerous attacks, which then gave the forwards a platform to attack. Joe McKearney and Tiarnan McGlone got through a mountain of work and that unleashed Jack Harvey to score 1-4 without reply. Rory McCool, Ruairi McGrath and Matthew Kane had the upper hand in defence and Moy pushed on with additional scores through McKearney, Kerr and McGlone.

Rock were another side who were in free scoring form at home as they proved too strong for a gallant Killeeshil side. It was a great all round team performance from the St.Patricks with James McElvogue, Cormaic McElhatton, Daryl Owens and Aodhan Loughran contributing well with plenty of scores.

In grade four Stewartstown made the journey to Clogher and came away with a good win. James Hughes produced a man of the match performance at centre half forward with 2-8 to his name with James Wylie grabbing their other goal and Aidan Park, Kaiden O’Neill, Kain Bleeks, Daire Biggs and Jack Devlin featuring among their points. Conan Kelly produced a number of brilliant saves in goals for the winners with Senna Coyle and Devlin to the fore in defence and O’Neill and Park also playing well.

Goals proved key for Brackaville as they beat Augher at Father Hackett Park. Adam Callan was in fine form for the Roes with 3-4 to his name with Joseph Gillis, Colm Morgan and Christopher McAlinden all raising green flags as well and Shane Talbot and Jamie Conlter among their points. Seamie Currie, Matthew Rice and Padraig Morgan all played well in the Brackaville defence.

In the Development league Ardboe edged past Dromore 6-4 to 4-7 with Shea Canavan and Daniel Sheehy top scoring for the Rossas and Conan Coyle, Daniel Sheehy, Conall O’Neill and Caden Devlin featuring among their best performers on the day.

Cookstown Brian Ogs produced a fine display to beat Donaghmore at home.

Daniel Gillen opened the scoring with a goal from his first touch and a brace of majors from Sean Marty Rogers left them well in control at the break. The visitors hit back with two early second half goals but majors from Tiernan Glackin and Rogers put the issue beyond any doubt. The standout players for Cookstown were Ruairi Fox and Brian Dudek in defence along with Ryan Mulgrew, Seamus Connolly (Captain) and Sean Marty Rogers who finished with 3-3 to his name.
