Good Win For U20 Hurlers

Tyrone U20 Hurlers began their Ulster U20 Cup competition this evening with a trip to Celtic Park for their match with Derry.
The Red Hands travelled in confidence and a goal in the first half from Shea Munroe and one each from Aidan Woods and Daire Sally in the second half were huge scores that ultimately helped deliver victory for Tyrone.
This young Tyrone team showed great spirit and tenacity throughout the game but particularly in the closing stages as they came from five down to win by one . Aidan Woods top scored with 1-8 including the equalising point before Liam Griffiths won it for Tyrone 3-15 to 2-17.
