Handball Creating A Stir

Local businessman Niall Mc Cullagh is pictured presenting a set of tops to the young handballers of Brackey before they left for San Diego and the North American Junior 4 Wall Championships. They were joined on the trip by three club coaches Niall Kerr and Sean and Paula Clarke. They formed part of a larger Tyrone contingent which included Caolan Daly and Aoife Kelly who were both successful in winning individual titles at Under Nineteen and Under Thirteen. In addition to these two titles Pol Clarke and his American partner Tyler Stoffell won the Boys Under Fifteen Doubles making it three American wins for the Tyrone group.
