Harte Confirms Bradley Absence
Thursday 06.12.2018
At the launch of the 2019 McKenna Cup in Belfast on Wednesday night Tyrone manager Mickey Harte confirmed that the Red Hands will be without key attacker Mark Bradley for the incoming season.
“Its very disappointing and unfortunate but such is life as Mark has to go to England to do his PGCE. His teaching practice is going t keep him over there to July and that is a long time to be away from Inter County football. Mark is smart enough to know that if we are still involved in July he would have a lot of work to do to get him to where he would want to be.
Its a calculated decision on his part to take a year out of County football but I’m fully with him on it and I know that we will have a very good footballer back with us again for the following season.”
