Ulster overcome a Pat Gilroy lead Leinster side in Navan this afternoon thanks to a blistering second half of extra time which saw them fire 1-4 without reply. The sides were level at half time and full time in a hugely entertaining game. Tyrone man Darren McCurry fired over the equaliser in normal time. Errigal Ciaran’s Peter Harte however smashed home the decisive goal in the second period of extra time to steer the Ulster champions into another final and keep the hunt for a three in a row very much alive.

They will now take on Connacht in the final next Sunday at a venue yet to be confirmed.

Final Score – Ulster 2-26 Leinster 3-21
