Holy Cross meet St Louis

Strabane’s Holy Cross College ladies team will bid for Ulster U-20 ‘C’ final success against St Louis of Carrickmacross tomorrow, writes Damien Donnelly.
There had been some difficulty getting settled on a venue, the situation not helped by unseasonal weekend weather but it looks like it should go ahead in Galbally around midday. The Strabane side will be hopeful of landing this Ulster title and joining Omagh Loreto (A winners) on the Ulster U-20 roll of honour for this year but they also realise that St Louis provide a stiff hurdle to such aspirations.
Holy Cross girls defeated Loreto Milford by 7-7 to 5-8 in the semi-final, St Louis winning 2-18 to 2-13 over Newry St Mary’s.
