Kavanagh Leads The Way In Division Three Scoring Charts

After two rounds the race is on to see who will be the leading marksman in Junior league football in 2012 and win Begleys Sports sponsored Golden boot. Clogher teenager Darragh Kavanagh leads the way with sixteen points to his name but hot on his heels are Newtownstewart’s Ryan Mayse and Tattyreagh’s Conor Taggart. Castlederg’s Mark Corry and Errigal Ciaran’s Michael Harte are both within striking distance while there are three players who have a combined tally of ten, Killyman duo Michael Donnelly and Enda McGahan as well as Dungannon’s Patrick Quinn, the latter having hit his tally in just one outing to date. The defending champions is of course Aghaloo’s Stephen Donnelly who also features on the first scoring chart and while his side have played two games he has only played one to the rest of the field have been warned!
