Killeeshil Ladies Complete Double

Killeeshil added the Intermediate league title to their championship title on Saturday afternoon at Killyclogher when they comprehensible outplayed Omagh. The foundations of their win were laid in a very impressive first half where they hit 4-10 to Omagh’s 0-2.
Ace forward Grainne Rafferty top scored with 3-2 while the impressive Louise Kelly bagged 1-8 of her team’s total. Alannah Donnelly and Chloe Collins also found the net for the winners while Shannon Stephenson, Catherine Mc Cusker, Bronagh Mc Kenna, Orla Mulgrew and Eimear Mallon were among the points.
Omagh found the pace and strength of their opponents too much to cope with on a day when little went right for them. Danni Browne, Christiane Hunter, Emma Collins and Neamh Mc Canny battled hard for their team.
