The score at the break saw the Loch lead 0:17 – 2:02 with the final result being 1:20 – 3:07. The Lough girls got off to a great start holding Tattyreagh scoreless for the majority of the first half with Aisling Logue controlling the defence and Oonagh Gallagher supporting from midfield. Going into the break the Tattyreagh forwards found their way through and finished the half with 2 goals and 2 points.
After the break Loughmacrory came back out strong and were very unlucky with goal chances being denied on several occasions before Bronagh Gallagher found the net.  The Lough continued to control the pace of the game.
