Omagh St Enda’s are still seeking a first point in division one as St Macartans continued their campaign with a big win at Fr Hackett Park. The league’s early pacesetters were off the mark quickly and were always in control running up a big score in the first half against a weakened Omagh who were minus twelve players from last year’s double winning side. Shauna McGirr 4-01, Cathy Donnelly 2-03 and Niamh McGirr 2-0 were the Macartans’ goal scorers while Joline Donnelly was in fine point scoring form hitting 0-8. The Omagh side managed just 0-2 from Christiane Hunter and Breonna Colton.  Macs finished 8-18 to 0-2 winners
Carrickmore bounced back from a poor showing against Cappagh last time out as they eclipsed Killeeshill at Pairc Colmcille. The home side won 7-10 to 2-9 with a much improved display to help them move up the table.
In the intermediate league Glenelly powered to a comfortable win at Sigersons 5-16 to 2-6, while Mairead Conwell hit 2-6 as Clann na nGael eased to a 5-18 to 2-11 win at home to Aghyaran. Once again Ann Daly turned in a great performance for the winners with Allanah Mc Shane also putting in a decent shift.

Drumragh and Badoney recorded big wins in division three. The Sarsfields beat Moy 2-8 to 0-4 while the Gortin girls defeated Fintona. Trillick were the big winners on the night in a very impressive 8-12 to 3-3 win over Rock. It was a great night for Fiona Mc Carney whose personal return of 5-3, with one of the goals from the penalty spot, was the most impressive set of statistics of the night. Other scorers for the Reds were Niamh O’ Donnell- 1-4, Deribhile Gallagher 1-1 and Nuala Kelly-1-1.
In the night’s other junior clashes, Loughmacrory proved too strong for Coalisland winning 0-12 to 0-7 while Pomeroy edged out Beragh at Plunkett Park 1-19 to 3-8.
