There were league wins for Strabane and Augher in the final league games of the weekend over Errigal Thirds and CNG respectively. Errigal (1-5) and Augher (0-8) were level at the break but Augher made the most of their second half chances to win 1-15 to 2-9. Davy Harte hit 0-4 for Errigal while Ben Mc Dermott (1-0) and Cathair Quinn (1-1) both found the net. Darragh Kavanagh top scored for Augher with ten points while Conor Hackett got the all important goal and Aidan Mc Elroy, Ciaran Treanor and Dara Donnelly were among the points.
Pace setters Strabane Sigersons defeated neighbours CNG 2-18 to 3-10 to maintain their fine run of form.
