Loreto Girls Parade All Ireland And Ulster Cups.

The under 20 all Ireland Champions Loreto Convent Omagh received a tremendous reception from the large crowd at Healy Park on Saturday night. The girls and their management team were just back from Kinnegad having defeated St Ide’s of Limerick in a very exciting final. They did make it difficult for themselves by conceding two very soft goals early in the second half. However when cool heads were required the Tyrone girls showed tremendous composure to win by four and bring the title to Tyrone. Along with team managers John Quinn and Siobhan Mc Carney they were presented to the crowd at half time in the Tyrone v Meath game. The school still has the small matter of an Under 16 All Ireland final to focus on now and several of the girls who lined out on Saturday will feature on that side as well. Congratulations from all at Teamtalkmag on their under 20 success and best wishes for the up coming under 16 challenge.
