Mc Crossan Joins Gold Coast Suns

Former Omagh St Endas player Cara Mc Crossan has become the third Irishwoman to join the Gold Coast Suns after the club made the versatile GAA star pick six in the AFLW Season Eight Supplementary Draft,
McCrossan joins the SUNS following an impressive 2022 VFLW campaign with the Casey Demons in which she played 15 games on the way to a Preliminary Final.
The Gaelic football convert, soon became one of Casey’s most important players after only playing her first competitive match in Round 1 of the 2022 VFLW season. Cara is fast , strong in the tackle with an eye for a score
The 28-year-old is known for her speed, strength in the tackle and ability to create scoring opportunities having also kicked nine goals herself for the Demons in 2022. We wish her every success as she prepares for the new season.
