Trillick came up short in the Ulster Club Championship less than a fortnight ago but got back on the horse with an ACL Division One semi final win over Killyclogher on Sunday. That victory secured a place in the league final against Carrickmore which will be played next weekend in Healy Park.
However it isn’t just on the pitch where the club has been picking up honours. Oifigeach Gaeilge Dermot Mc Caughey has been working with Oifigeach Oige Gaeilge Brenda Kelly to grow the use of the Irish language around the club and within the community.
Their efforts and hard work were recognised at the weekend when the club received a Joe Mc Donagh Bronze Award at a ceremony in Croke Park.
Included in the photo are Iggy Gallagher, Liam Donnelly, Brenda Kelly and Dermot Mc Caughey. Congratulations to all involved.
