Division Three of the ACL saw a number of games played mid week with some interesting results. Newly crowned 3B champions Derrytresk were pushed all the way on their first home game since winning the league. Their opponents, Brackaville Owen Roes, led at the break 1-5 to 0-7 but the Hill steadied the ship and held out for a 2-16 to 3-9 win. Dale Mc Sorley (1-5), Shea Fee and Conor Stock were among the Brackaville scorers while Niall Gavin, Liam Slater, Eoin Mc Nally and Odhran Hughes were on target for the Hill.
Clogher defeated Castlederg and Urney saw off the challenge of Errigal 3rds for whom Ryan Lynch (5) and Davy Harte (2) led the scoring for the thirds. Urney were on the front foot from early doors with both Gerry Devine (1-1) and Conor Mc Daid (1-2) leading the line.
