McGuigan Returns But Is He Back For Good?

As was widely expected Brian Mc Guigan returned to Tyrone training this evening and took part in a full pace in-house game. He was one of a number of new faces who lined out in the match as Mickey Harte put his charges through a pre-championship warm up game. The Ardboe ace has been away from the county squad for some time. What happens now with Brian Mc Guigan is hard to say but we will watch this space with interest. The Tyrone panel are expected to take part in a training camp this coming weekend while Mc Guigan’s club are due to play Omagh in the All County League. That will be our live game at the weekend and perhaps then we might have a clearer idea of the former number eleven’s long term plans.
