McMahons Return To Action

Tyrone received a major boost ahead of their Ulster semi final clash with either Donegal or Cavan when Joe and Justin McMahon returned to action on Wednesday night. Joe played in midfield while Justin lined out at centre half back as Omagh lost out to Carrickmore. It was Joe’s first game since the opening day of the club season on April 17th when he had his jaw broken in two places. He did make the bench for last Sunday’s Ulster championship quarter final win over Monaghan but this was the first time that he had played any competitive football and no doubt both of them will be in the frame for places in the starting fifteen for that Provincial semi final in Clones on June 26th.
