Tyrone minor camogie side travelled to Ballinagh on Sunday afternoon and after a battling display in difficult conditions lost out on a scoreline of 5-11 to 0-5. Weather conditions made good play difficult but the home team were quick out of the blocks and established a first half 4-6 to 0-3 lead. The scoring rate eased somewhat after the restart but Cavan had put themselves in a very strong position at the break leading 4-6 to 0-3 before going on to win 5-11 to 0-5.
