Ardboe remain top of their section after having the minimum to spare over championship opponents Clonoe. The Rossas kicked the winner with the last attack of the game as it finished 2-11 to 2-10. Ryan Morrow [1-3], Fintan McClure [1-2], Connor McLaughlin [3] and Eoin Teague were the scorers for the O’Rahillys and they had good displays from McClure, Teague and Morrow. Best on the night for Ardboe were Lynn, David Mulgrew, Cassidy and Kevin Coney.
Errigal Ciaran made the short trip to Carrickmore and they came away with a 3-12 to 1-13 win with Packie O’Neill, Pauric McAnenly and Ben McDonald getting their goals with those three and Daniel Blake, Jody Farrell and Niall Kelly among the points on a night when Eoin Kelly, Niall Kelly, Peter McCartan, Blake and O’Neill all played well for them. Aidan Fullerton got the St.Colmcilles goal with Ronan Maguire playing well for them.
Galbally are top of their section thanks to a resounding win at home to Cappagh. Patrick Quinn, Conor Kelly and Enda McGarrity all got goals for the Pearses with Conor Donnelly, Tommy McCool, Colin Campbell, Niall McKenna, Mark Quinn Ciaran Corrigan, Colm McAleer and Peter Quinn all supplying points. PT Cunningham top scored for the visitors with 1-4 to his name with Mark Flanagan and Matthew McCloy also on target.
Aghyaran remain on course for the knockout stages thanks to a 4-10 to 3-9 victory over Naomh Padraig. Cahair Moss found the net twice for the St.Davogs with Gerard Carlin and Shane Dolan also scoring goals and Brian Penrose, Benny Gallen, Tommy Dolan, Tiarnan McSorley, Ronan McGuire, Eoin Byrne and Ronan McHugh featuring among the points. County minor Marc McConnell led the way in the scoring stakes for Gael Naomh Padraig. Edendork overcame Cookstown 1-14 to 0-12 with Paul Donaghy hitting 1-3, Conn Kilpatrick four points, Lorcan Devlin and Emmett Hughes two each and Ronan Maneely, Odhran Donnelly and Conor O’Rourke also on target.
Newtownstewart were convincing winners away to Owen Roes, 3-19 to 1-5 the final score line. Aidan McSorley led the way in the scoring stakes for the St.Eugenes with an impressive 1-8 to his name with Eoin Donnelly [1-1], Pearce McSorley [1-0], Michael Coreless [3], Gary Duffy [2], Tiernan McNamee [1] , Daryl McGuigan, Shane Ashenhurst, Naomhan McNamee [1] and Stephen Holland [1] their other scorers on a night when Aidan McSorley, Brandon O’Goan, Donnelly, Barney Comber and Gavin Traynor all played well for them.
Moy played host to neighbours Eglish and they recorded a 2-13 to 1-6 victory. Ryan Coleman and Conor Foster got the Moy goals with Francie Kelly, Turlough Kelly, Declan Conroy, Eoin Hughes, Chris O’Neill and Rory Magee all supplying points with Jack Campbell, Michael Morgan and Patrick Lavery played well too in a good all round team display. Tattyreagh eased to a comfortable win at home to Omagh “B”. Keelan Pritchard led the way in the scoring stakes with 4-1 to his name with Joe Cartin [2-6], James Darcy [1-3], Johnny Harkin [3], Niall Murray [1-1], Eoghan Murray [2], Jarlath McDonagh [1] and Mark Gilloway [1] also on target with fine individual performances coming from Harkin, Cartin and Keelan McDonagh.
Derrylaughan took on neighbours Naomh Padraig and the Kevin Barrys turned on the style to win with plenty to spare. Paul Donnelly [3-1], Tomas Carney [1-7], James Donnelly [1-5], Caolan Corr [1-0], Aidan Gervin [1-0] and Cealon Gordon [1-0] were the scorers for the winners with Gavin Corr, Roan Rafferty and Brian Kennedy all played well too. Kildress were narrow winners away to Aghaloo on a 2-15 to 3-10 score line. Caolan Loughran [1-7], Shane McNally [1-1], Enda McAleer [2], Adam Connolly [1], Darren O’Kane [2] and Aidan McCallion [2] were among the scorers for the Wolfe Tones with Loughran, McAleer, Liam Nugent, Eoghan Hagan, McNally and Aaron Loughran all playing well as they came from nine points down at the break.
