Moy Win Grade 3 U16 Championship Title

Moy won an entertaining grade 3 U16 Championship final at Healy Park on Sunday afternoon when they scored four points without reply in the final few minutes to come from two down to win by the same margin against a gallant Urney side.
Caolann Corr and Jack Langan traded early points before John Porter bagged a 10th minute goal for Urney. Langan then added another point before the same player found the net in the 16th minute to leave Urney well on top. A couple of points from GHOST PIZZA ma of the match Harry Harvey kept Moy in contention before Corr levelled matters with a 25th minute goal. A Harvey point was the final score of the half as Moy held a narrow 1-5 to 2-1 advantage.
Eoghan McGlone and Langan exchanged points on the restart before Porter levelled matters. A free from Harvey edged Moy back in front but with seven minutes of normal time left on the clock Conor Redstone scored a fine individual goal. That left Urney two points ion front but they failed to score again. Harvey landed three points in a row before McGlone hit the insurance score from a free deep into injury time.
