Coalisland played host to Ardboe at Father Campbell Park on Monday evening when a late rally saw them emerge narrow 1-13 to 1-12 winners. It was the Rossas who shaded the first half 0-8 to 0-7 with Nishy O’Neill, Gavin Teague, Brian Toner and Plunkett Kane among the points for their respective sides. Peter O’Neill then got a goal early in the second half and when Shay McGuigan and Kyle Coney added points the Loughshore men looked set for victory. Coalisland though rallied with points from Toner and Paddy McNeice as well as an Eoghan Hampsey goal to win the day.
