The two senior Ladies Football Semi Finals went as expected with wins for the defending champions St Macartans over Aodh Ruadh and Carrickmore over Dromore. As the scoreline suggests the game between Macartans and Aodh Ruadh was a hard fought and close encounter but Macartans experience proved vital in the end. Carrickmore were in mercurial form and progressed to the final without any degree of difficulty. The final promises to be a very interesting game with what are currently the two best sides in the county making it through.
