There were wins on Friday afternoon in the Oisin Mc Grath play-offs for Dungannon Academy over St Macartans and Omagh CBS against Holy Trinity College Cookstown.
Dungannon were always on top in their game and reached the break leading 4-6 to 0-3. The Academy continued to dominate after the break and finished deserved 5-12 to 2-10 winners ;
The game between Omagh CBS and Holy Trinity Cookstown was a much closer affair with the sides level at the break 1-3 apiece and Omagh making it through courtesy of a last minute goal from super sub Dan Colton.

The Omagh side moved into an early lead with three scores from their first three attacks leading 1-2 to 0-3. A lot of bad wides followed with Omagh wasting a number of scoring chances while HTC started to get into their groove. A long range score on the half time whistle left the game poised at 1-03 a piece.
The first 20 minutes of the second half belonged to Holy Trinity with Ciaran Mc Keown’s 2 pointer putting HTC 3 clear with only ten minutes left. Omagh CBS replied with a massive 2 pointer from Ryan Myers before Colton came to the rescue with the last kick of the game.

Omagh CBS will now face St.Patricks Armagh in the quarter final next week.
