Omagh CBS Into MacCormack Cup Final

Omagh CBS topped their MacRory Cup section and therefore are through to the MacCormack Cup final after comfortably seeing off the challenge of St.Marys Belfast at Healy Park on Thursday afternoon. The Brothers only needed a draw but they were always in control and led 1-7 to 0-0 at the break with Christopher McClean getting their goal and Ryan Mayse, Thomas McCarron and half back Colm O’Neill among their points. In windy conditions Omagh CBS managed only two points in the second half with Ruairi Bradley get one of them but they still managed to outscore their opponents as it finished 1-9 to 0-1. Omagh now play holders St.Michaels Enniskillen in the MacCormack Cup final underlights at Brewster Park next Tuesday night.
