Opening Defeat In Brock Cup For Omagh CBS

Omagh CBS made a losing start in this season’s Brock Cup when they were beaten 2-13 to 1-10 by St.Michaels Enniskillen at Trillick. The winners led 0-6 to 1-2 at half time with Joe Colton getting Omagh’s goal and Kevin Collins landing both points. Trillick’s Daire Gallagher was very influential for St.Michaels who scored an early second half goal and while Drumragh’s Sean McGale kicked half a dozen frees and Collins got another brace they could never get on level terms after the Enniskillen School scored a second
goal. Next up for Omagh CBS is a meeting with St.Malachys Belfast this coming week.
