Armagh manager Paddy O’Rourke believes that Tyrone have as good a chance of any of the remaining sides of going all the way to All Ireland glory on the third Sunday in September. O’Rourke, who captained Down to Sam Maguire glory in 1991 and is one of a select band of players of have won All Irelands at senior, U21 and minor inter County as well as at senior club level, was impressed with what he witnessed at Healy Park on Saturday evening.

“We are very disappointed and probably could have done without meeting a team as strong as Tyrone for another week. Tyrone had great subs to bring in, they have a serious strong bench, and I believe that they have a panel of players who can go on and win the All Ireland. There is no doubt that they are serious title contenders and they are going to be extremely difficult to beat.”
