Red Hand View Edition No.3 Preview

The Tyrone V. Kerry National Football League Round 7 game in Healy Park will see the publication of edition No.3 of the award winning match day programme The Red Hand View.

Edition No.3 has surpassed all other previous publications with an even bigger and much more varied range of content. The programme is packed with interesting articles, which for the first time anywhere includes features on every one of the GAA codes within our county.

The big joint double bill involving both the Tyrone senior footballers alongside the Tyrone senior camogie team who also take on the might of Kerry in their National Camogie League fixture is a unique encounter in every sense of the word.

The Camogs throw in at 1.15pm in Healy Park and included in the Red Hand View is a special feature on Tyrone Camogie. The packed publication caters for every aspect of the GAA family.

Articles include a look at the state of play for the hurlers as well as an over view of the events and happenings in GAA Handball. In addition there is an up to date viewpoint of the Tyrone ladies in the preparation for their opening championship game in June.

A first for the Red Hand view is the inclusion of a special contribution around the resurgence of the ancient game of Rounders. There are some reflections on the popularity of the game in its Tyrone home around Kildress.

On top of this there are the usual popular features on “Valuing the Volunteer” who in this edition is none other than Tyrone’s loyal servant Cuthbert Donnelly.

Covering the club angle this time belongs to the Augher St Macartan’s Club who appropriately conquered the Kingdom recently winning the Páidí O’Sé Memorial tournament. Their exploits are captured in the programme.

Another first for the Red Hand View is an interesting interview with Team captain Mattie Donnelly who lets us all see first-hand his opinions and views on the GAA.

A really special feature is contained within the programme relating to the young star of Errigal Ciaran and Inspirational leader Ciaran Mc Aleer and his battle to overcome a severe brittle bone condition. Ciaran’s achievements to date have been amazing but this Sunday will see Ciaran accomplish another massive step forward when he leads the Tyrone team out alongside Mattie Donnelly.

What’s makes “The Red Hand View Edition No. 3” a real collector’s item is the double page colour photo of the Tyrone Senior team who following the game will meet and greet the Tyrone fans and allow their supporters to get autographs signed.

Don’t forget there will also be one lucky winner who if they find the Golden Ticket within their programme they will collect a New Tyrone jersey.

So all in all something for everyone both young and old. Don’t miss out as in the two previous games to date they have sold out quickly. Don’t be disappointed Get your programme early.
