Greencastle will be playing Intermediate football next season after Trillick emerged 2-11 to 2-7 winners in their relegation playoff at Donnelly Park. The St.Macartans dominated the game for long spells with Daire Gallagher, Mattie Donnelly and Niall Gormley supplying points with the latter and Eunan McAnespy getting goals. Ryan Conway got a goal early in the second half for the visitors but despite points from Mark Carson they still trailed by ten with only five minutes to go. Greencastle staged a late revival that yielded a goal from Christopher Gillen but it came too late to save them.

The final division two promotion playoff game will be between Edendork and Strabane for the right to meet Trillick. The St.Malachys beat Galbally by a point at Pearse Park in a game that required extra time to decide. Brian McGuckin and Peter Mallon got the goals for the visitors with Darren McCurry landing half a dozen points. Mickey Murphy was the Galbally goal scorer with Paul Rafferty and Neil Hagan among their points.

Strabane held off a late Urney comeback to win 3-10 to 1-13 at Sigerson Park. Marc Devine, Malcolm McCool and Brendan McLaughlin got their goals all in the first half with JP Gallagher top scoring with five points. Johnny Lafferty hit eight points for the St.Columbas with Aidan Lynch getting their goal.

Rock will be playing division three football next season after losing away to Derrytresk. Joe McKee, Caolan Corr and Mickey Rea scored seven points between them for the winners as it finished 0-9 to 1-5, Conor McCreesh with three points for Rock with Cathal McWilliams getting their goal.
