Clonoe collected the Division two Reserve Championship title on Wednesday evening when they had five points to spare over Pomeroy in the Final at Father Campbell Park in Coalisland.
It was the Plunketts who shaded the opening half 0-5 to 0-4 with points coming from Callum Lagan and Sean Quinn, Conor McLoughlin and Eamon Hughes on target for the Rahillys.
Daryl Magee and McLoughlin swapped points with Aidan Coyle and Callum Lagan in the third quarter as it still remained anybody’s game. Clonoe though found another gear when it mattered most as they landed the last four points of the game from McLoughlin, Darragh McGrath, Rhys Donnelly and MJ Mansell to take the silverware.
