Raymond Mulgrew Arrives Back in Cookstown
Friday 01.02.2013

Teamtalkmag.com can tonight confirm that Raymond Mulgrew has returned home from Australia and he is aiming to make a return to club football and possibly the county panel in the next couple of months. Contrary to some reports in other media outlets Teamtalkmag.com have been assured that Mulgrew is already back in the town ahead of next weekend’s All Ireland Intermediate Championship final. Cookstown Fr Rock’s chairman Adrian Gilmore is happy to see Mulgrew back.
“We’re obviously delighted that Raymond has decided to return to the town after two years in Australia. Raymond himself is keen to point out that he doesn’t see himself playing any part in next weekend’s final team or squad and that he will be concentrating on preparing himself for senior club football for the club. If he goes well enough there then perhaps he will come into contention for a return to the county panel but that’s for another day.”
Raymond Mulgrew is 27 years old and he was an All Star nomination in 2007. He won an All Ireland with Tyrone minors in 2004.
