Red Hand View a winner for Tyrone fans

Tyrone County PRO Eugene Mc Connell speaking ahead of the first publication of the Red Hand View the award winning Match Day Programme stated

“One of the major success stories regarding communications has been the publication of Tyrone Match Day programmes and while we always aspire to the highest quality in both layout and content, I am always a firm believer in that we can’t stand still.”

Red Hand View is a must for Tyrone fans attending Saturday’s big game against Dublin. It’s packed with news, stats and special feature stories, it’s much more than a match programme.

The first edition of the 2018 season sees some positive changes which readers are sure to find interesting, informative and entertaining.

“That is why this year, I have sat down with the Communications Committee and explored ways we can improve our match-day programme experience.I want to ensure the quality production reaches as many supporters as possible. I also feel we need to enhance our pre-match marketing of what we have on offer and what is contained within the programme.”

“This year I have decided to introduce a Kids’Page which will include an element of fun and a competition type event. The lucky winner will receive an O’Neill’s football.”

“For all those supporters who purchase a programme there will be a Golden Ticket contained within one of the programmes, which will entitle the person who purchased the programme to a brand new Tyrone Jersey or an O’Neill’s voucher.”

Also included in this weekend’s Red Hand View will be a special club feature on one of our Tyrone clubs. The popular “Valuing The Club Volunteer” feature will return and the worthy volunteer selected will be known in advance of match-day, so local club people will be able to ensure they get a copy on the day.”

Another special feature of our match-day programmes this year will look back on an historic event from the Tyrone GAA archives, and highlight again the special importance of the event.
A special feature in Issue 1 for the Dublin game will be a reflection on the careers of three Tyrone greats who retired in 2017.

All in all, there will be some interesting articles to suit all tastes and a must get for everyone who attends our games. So don’t miss out on Red Hand View 1 for the Dublin game. This will indeed be a real collector’s item and a must-buy.
