Senior Championship Leading Marksmen

As is the case in the division one league the senior championship is proving to be the most difficult in terms of getting scores if the first round is anything to go by. In both the Junior and Intermediate scoring charts the lowest total so far is six points but amazingly only three of the top twelve scorers in the senior championship are above that total at the moment. Eoin McCusker, who is a previous winner of the top scorer award in the senior championship, is the current leader with a combined total of ten points but hot on his heels is Paddy McNeice from the defending champions Coalisland. The Loughshore is well represented with Liam Gervin, Brian McLarnon and Kyle Coney all in the top six. Only three players in the list can’t add to their total as their clubs fell at the first hurdle and they are Niall Gormley, Owen Mulligan and Peter Mallon.

Eoin McCusker [Dromore] 1-7
Paddy McNeice [Coalisland] 0-8
Liam Gervin [Derrylaughan] 1-4
Brian McLernon [Moortown] 0-5
Kyle Coney [Ardboe] 0-5
Niall Gormley [Trillick] 1-2
Shea Coney [Derrylaughan] 0-4
Cathal McCarron [Omagh] 0-4
Sean McDonnell [Dromore] 0-4
Philip Muldoon [Moortown] 1-1
Owen Mulligan [Cookstown] 0-4
Peter Mallon [Moy] 0-4
