St Ciaran’s Cruise into last four in the Markey Cup

Last year’s beaten finalists St Ciaran’s Ballygawley are safely through to the semi-final of the 2013 Markey Cup competition following a comfortable 1-18 to 0-10 win over Carndonagh.

The St Ciaran’s lads got off to a slow start but 1-6 from Errigal Ciaran man Mark Kavanagh catapulted the Tyrone lads into the last four.  The midfield pairing of Ronan Nugent and Ruairi O’Neill contributed 0-5 to the overall total while Ryan McAnespie finished the game with 0-3.

Final Score – St Ciaran’s 1-18 Carndonagh 0-10
