St.Davogs Win U13 Title

Aghyaran lifted the grade four U13 league title when they defeated Eskra in an entertaining decider at Tattyreagh on Saturday afternoon. The young St.Davogs led 0-11 to 1-5 at the break with Benny Gallen, Ethan McHugh and Thomas Dolan among their points, Mark Woods with four points for the Emmetts to compliment an early goal from Joe Meegan. Ciaran Taggart and Colin Murray had points on the restart for Eskra and when the latter got a goal they had their noses in front. Aghyaran replied immediately with a goal from McHugh and a point from Adam Byrne as they won 1-15 to 2-9.
