Omagh played host to Donaghmore on Wednesday evening in a rearranged division one encounter at Healy Park and they emerged 2-18 to 2-11 winners. Ronan O’Neill weighed in with half a dozen points for the winners on a night when all of their starting forward line registered. Rory McBride got their first goal early on with Thomas Clarke blasting to the net late on as Ciaran McLaughlin, Conor O’Donnell and Conor Clarke all featured among the points as well. Cormac McCann top scored for Donaghmore with 1-4 to his name while substitute Richard Kelly got 1-1 and midfielder Caolan Mulgrew kicked two points.
