Aghyaran returned to winning ways with a comfortable victory at home to Strabane. Eoin McHugh top scored for the St.Davogs with his haul including a goal with Brian Penrose also finding the net, Ruairi Gormley and Oisin McGillion among the Sigersons points with Tom Mullen their goal scorer.
Goals won the day for Owen Roes as they saw off the challenge of Moortown on home soil. Tony Devine, Seamus Dooher and Ryan McShane got their majors with Peter Devlin getting Moortown’s goal as well as a number of points and Paul Quinn also on target.
Clogher got off the mark when they had the minimum to spare over Killeeshil on home soil. Ciaran Bogue and Brian McKenna had points for the Eire Ogs with Jason Doyle, Tomas Hoy and Michael O’Neill responding for Killeeshil.
Greencastle made it four wins out of four when they overcame Stewartstown at home thanks to points from Paddy McElhatton, Mark Carson and Ryan Gumley, Dan Lowe, Owen Coyle and Shea O’Neill had points for the Harps.
Naomh Eoghan remain undefeated thanks to a hard fought win over Tattyreagh. Aidan McSorley and Ryan Mayse were their goal scorers with Joe Cartin and Jarlath McDonagh finding the net for the visitors.
Beragh also had the minimum to spare over Augher at Carrickmore. Peter Meenagh got the goal for the Red Knights with Jack Campbell and Cathal Owens supplying points.
Kildress were convincing winners over Aghaloo at Gortacladdy. Pauric Lagan grabbed a goal and a few points for the Wolfe Tones with Mattie McGuigan and Conor Quinn also on target. Jody McGlone and Niall McElroy were among the Aghaloo points with Tiernan Donnelly getting their goal from the penalty spot.
