Tatts Take Title And Earn Promotion

Tattyreagh secured the Division 3A title following a comfortable victory over parish rivals Omagh 3rds. Having enjoyed a real tussle with Castlederg throughout the season things turned very much in their favour when they travelled to the Derg three weeks ago and defeated the home team convincingly.
Friday night saw County Chairman Martin Sludden attend Darcy Park and present the league trophy to winning captain Joe Cartin.
Tattyreagh won on a. Scoreline of 7-13 to 1-5 having led at the break 2-8 to 0-1. Top scorer on the night for the league winners was the recently returned James Darcy who contributed 2-4.
