Three All Star Nominees For Tyrone

Unsurprisingly All Ireland champions Dublin lead the way in terms of All Star nominees with thirteen players making the list. Team captain Stephen Cluxton is one of three Dubs nominated for Player of The Year.
From a Tyrone point of view, qualifying for the All Ireland semi final has resulted in three of the Red Hand panel receiving nominations. Aghyaran man Ronan Mc Namee is listed among the defensive nominees while team captain Mattie Donnelly is once again included among the forwards.
The third Tyrone player to make the list is Owen Roes attacker Cathal Mc Shane who has had an outstanding season in the Tyrone forward line and finished as overall top scorer in this year’s All Ireland campaign. The Leckpatrick man is rated by many as Tyrone’s best prospect of an All Star for 2019.
