Tulach Óg Win Post Primary League

A large and vocal crowd came to Ballygawley playing fields on Monday evening for the Tier Two Post Primary Camogie League Final between Tulach Óg and Cuchulainn an Ghleanna.
Both teams produced periods of intense hard work and high levels of skill as they battled hard for supremacy. Every player played their part in what was a memorable final.
Isla Mc Ateer got the goal that gave Cuchulainns hope while Ayla Coey got the all important second half goal for Tulach Ôg. Peggy Corrigan Tulach Óg was awarded Player of the Match.
Final score : 1-4 to 1-0 in favour of Tulach Óg. Congratulations to all involved and a special word for team captain Gena Hutton who made her post match speech totally in Irish. A lesson for us all perhaps.
