Tyrone Ace Penrose Suffers Injury Blow.

There was some disappointing news on the injury front for Tyrone tonight with ace forward Martin Penrose ruled out of Saturday’s fixture with Meath. Penrose had to leave the field with a shoulder injury before half time in Sunday’s game against Galway which was Tyrone’s fifth win in five league outings this season. The Carrickmore forward has been playing some excellent football of late and his absence will certainly be felt by Tyrone as his tigerish style of play makes life very difficult for opposing teams. The full extent of the injury or details about possible length of absence are unclear at this stage but he is unlikely to feature in either of Tyrone’s final two league games.
