Tyrone GAA Seeking Strength And Conditioning Information.

As part of a review of support and coaching presently in place within Tyrone the County Board is hoping to build up a database of suitably qualified and trained individuals from within clubs who might be interested in becoming involved at some capacity with the County. They would like clubs or individuals to complete the questionnaire and return it to the email address listed below asap.

We are currently looking at what way we provide services to our teams from Under 14 through to Under 21. One of these services is strength and conditioning coaching coupled with Athletic development. We are in the process of developing a group of coaches with experience in strength and conditioning to work specifically within Tyrone GAA. The first step in this process is information gathering on the expertise we currently have available within the county.

I would be very grateful if you could let me know the following information,

Are strength and conditioning coaches working within your club?

Are there any personal trainers within your club?

What qualifications/experience do they have?

Would they be interested in working with Tyrone teams?

Are there any unemployed physiotherapy or sports sciences graduates within your club who would be interested in working with Tyrone in some capacity?

I am aware that you may not have this information to hand and you may have to address it at your monthly committee meeting but I would greatly appreciate if you could return this information to me as soon as possible.
