Tyrone Hurlers Back To Winning Ways

Tyrone senior hurlers got back to their winning ways with a hard fought victory over neighbours and rivals Fermanagh on a scoreline of 2-18 to 1-17. A fine result considering they had lost team captain Aidan Kelly to a straight red card after only twelve minutes.
However with Mickey Little (1-7) and Pierce Mullin (0-5) in combative mood Tyrone worked their way back into the game and their two goals were vital scores. The Red Hands were on top late in the game and pulled away to win 2-18 to 1-17. Others to get among the scores for the visitors were Kieran Mc Gill, Aidan Woods, Turlough Mullin and Niall Mc Carel.
