Tyrone manager Mickey Harte has once again given youth its chance in his team selection for what will be Tyrone’s fourth fixture in the 2012 Mc Kenna Cup. His side face Fermanagh in the second of the semi finals and the most notable changes in personnel come at full forward and full back. Ace marksman Stevie O’Neill is not listed to start while new kid on the block Conor Clarke will man the full back berth. It will be interesting to see if the Omagh St Endas youngster is given the task of shackling Fermanagh’s chief scoring threat Seamus Quigley. Martin Penrose has also been rested while Owen Mulligan makes his first “start” of the year. He will line out at corner forward and Tyrone supporters will be hoping to see Mugsy and Ronan O’Neill strike up a scoring partnership in their first start together. The Tyrone v Fermanagh game is due to get under way at 3:45 pm.
Tyrone: P McConnell, A McCrory, C Clarke, PJ Quinn, C McCarron, P Harte, Justin McMahon, N McKenna, C Cavanagh, C Gervin, K Coney, P McNeice, O Mulligan, M Donnelly, R O’Neill.
