Omagh CBS will bid to make it two wins out of two in this season’s MacRory Cup when they take on St.Pats Cavan at Brookeborough on Monday afternoon. The Kevlin Road lads defeated St.Marys Magherafelt in their first outing and with the likes of John McCullagh and Ronan O’Neill on board they should prove too strong for a Cavan side who have already shipped heavy defeats against Dungannon and Monaghan and appear to be the whipping boys in this group.

On Tuesday afternoon St.Patricks Academy Dungannon will bid to reach the first Colleges Final of the season when they take on old rivals St.Pats Maghera in the Rannafast Cup semi final with MUSA the likely venue. These two teams have met in the Dalton, Corn na Og and Brock Cup finals with the Derry lads shading matters each time but Kevin Collins’ side have the talent within their ranks to get on the right side of the result this time.

On Wednesday it’s the turn of Dungannon’s MacRory Cup side to step into the limelight with a mouth-watering meeting with St.Macartans Monaghan at Clogher [2.00]. Both sides have won both of their games to date with the winner of this game assured of reaching the knockout stages after Christmas. Dungannon can call on the likes of Shea McGarrity, Harry Og Conlon, Keifer Morgan, Eunan Deeney and Dwayne Quinn and they are fancied to maintain their one hundred percent record.
