Ardboe made the trip to play Kildress and the Wolfe Tones edged a high scoring, close encounter 4-10 to 3-11. Best for the Rossas on the night were Eoin Lynn, Conall Devlin, Nathan Bell, Michael O’Neill, Jordan Bell, Manus Teague, Caolan Mallaghan and Kevin Coney. It finished honours even between Greencastle and Cookstown after extra time, 2-10 to 1-13 the final score line. Dermot McAleer and Seamus Warnock played well for Greencastle with Shane McGuigan [1-2], Gavin Slane [4] and Ciaran Gillen [1-0] among their scorers.

Dungannon made it through to the semi finals with the Molloy twins, Cainin Fox and Aidan O’Brien all playing well for the Clarkes. An understrengh Eskra side were well beaten by Naomh Padraig with Danny Kelly, Cathal Arkinson and Mickey Woods playing well for the Emmetts. Omagh got the better of Naomh Mhuire on a 2-10 to 1-5 score line in Edendork.

Errigal Ciaran are through to the grade one semi finals after beating Clonoe 3-9 to 2-10 in a gripping encounter at Dunmoyle. Paudge McAnenly [1-3], Padraig McGirr [1-3], Niall O’Neill [1-0], Padraig O’Neill [2] and J Farrell got their scores with Niall Kelly, Ben McDonald, Eoin Kelly and McAnenly all playing well for them on the night. Fintan McClure and Reece Quinn were among the O’Rahillys’ marksmen.

Moortown defeated Newtownstewart 2-16 to 1-13 with Shane McKeown and Connell McVey getting their goals on a night when they had good displays from Daire Quinn and Ronan McGuigan in defence and Conan McLernon and Jack McGuigan in attack. Shane Ashenhurst top scored for the St.Eugenes with 1-5 to his name with Aidan McSorley [2], Pearce McSorley [2], Tiernan McNamee [2], Michael Coreless [1] and Daryl McGuigan [1] their other marksmen.
