U16 Grade 1 League Final – Ardboe 0-12 Omagh 0-4

Ardboe are the U16 Grade 1 League Champions following a comprehensive eight point victory over Omagh in Dunmoyle.  David Mulgrew was the man of the match for Ardboe.  Mulgrew and Oliver Mallaghan did most of the damage for Ardboe as they defeated 14 men Omagh.

Ardboe were leading by six points at the break in Dunmoyle thanks mainly to a strong wind at their back.  David Mulgrew top scored with 0-4 and Ardboe’s other points have come via Oisin Devlin and Michael Lynn.

U16 Grade 2 Championship Final – Kildress 0-8 Pomeroy 1-9

Pomeroy lead Kildress by four points as we approach the closing stages in Rock.

Under 16 Grade 2 League Final – Stewartstown 1-14 Owen Roes 2-8

Stewartstown are the Tyrone U16 Grade 2 League Champions following a three point win over Owen Roes in Dunmoyle.  Macauley Quinn was the star of the show finishing with a wonderful 1-8 for the Harps.

Owen Roes got off to an excellent start and goal early on thanks to Cathal Kelly.  However it was Macauley Quinn and Dan Lowe that kept the Harps in that game up until the break.

Macauley Quinn once again showed his accuracy in front of the posts from frees and open play in the second period as the Harps went on to record the win.

U16 Grade 3 Championship Final – Newtownstewart 2-6 Greencastle 0-8

Newtownstewart won this game  by 4 points. Matthew McColum has just pulled off a wonderful block to keep Newtown in front.  Two second half goals from Darryl McGuigan and Sean Harkin have really helped Newtown take control of the game.  Greencastle’s Gavin Slane, Patrick and Aiden Clarke have contributed to the eight points scored so far.
