Junior Football Championship
The junior football championship quarter final double bill at Carrickmore produced a thriller as Moy edged out Badoney and Trillick booked their semi-final berth with a facile win over Rock.

Trillick 5-17 Rock 0-1
Seven different scorers on target for Trillick who met little resistance from a weakened Rock at Carrickmore. Emma Brennan was in top form once again scoring 1-8 while Nuala Kelly, Fiona Owens, Louise McCarney and Ciara Brogan also tagged on goals with four of those goals coming in the second half.
The Reds led 1-10 to 0-1 at the break and turned up the heat in a powerful second half to secure their semi-final spot.
Moy 0-11 Badoney 1-7
A narrow win here for Moy against a youthful Badoney
(further details to follow)

There are now just two games fixed for Saturday after Strabane Sigersons confirmed they will not be fielding against Aodh Ruadh in the senior football championship at Pomeroy. That means that the Dungannon side will now face Killeeshill in next week’s semi-final with Errigal Ciaran facing champions St Macartan’s in a mouth watering tie on Thursday.
The Intermediate championship now takes top billing at Plunkett Park with Loughmacrory facing basement battlers Galbally while at Cookstown in the junior grade a hotly tipped Clonoe tackle Kildress.
