The last two fixtures in D1 this weekend took place on Sunday with the local derby between Trillick and Dromore ending in a stalemate in the afternoon while Carrickmore remain second in the table after winning at Killyclogher in the evening throw in.

It was 0-6 apiece at halftime a Gardrum Park with Sean McNabb and Oran Sludden getting a brace of points each for the St.Dympnas with Lee Brennan kicking four for the St.Macartans after his brother Ruairi had opened the scoring.

Peter Teague and Declan McNulty exchanged points with James Garrity and Stephen O’Donnell on the restart before three in a row from Teague, McNulty and Sean McNabb left Dromore in front at the three quarter mark. Lee Brennan then hit four unanswered points and Garrity added another to put the visitors two clear. Efforts from McNulty and substitute Paudie Dillon levelled matters before Ciaran Daly looked to have won it for Trillick deep into injury time but Niall Sludden had the final say when he beat two players before cutting in from the wing to hit a brilliant equaliser. Both sides had players sent off.

Carrickmore made the short trip to Killyclogher in the evening time and they picked up two good points on a 1-13 to 0-10 scoreline. The visitors raced into an early four point lead with Danny Fullerton getting a couple but Killyclogher hit back with scores from Oisin and Conall McCann. Carrickmore finished the half the stronger with Ciaran Daly hitting a brace and Fullerton converting a penalty to leave hem 1-6 to 0-5 in front, both teams being reduced to fourteen men.

Points from Ruairi Loughran, Daly and Fullerton saw Carrickmore stretch their advantage on the resumption with Mark Bradley and Tiernan McCann on target for the home side. Loughran and Daly added to the Carmen haul and while Bradley had the final say for Killyclogher it was Carrickmore who came out on top.
